Buying, files and licences.
Which formats do I get?
FBX, OBJ and glTF or GLB in every download, and often STL and DAE too. Each format sits in its own folder with its texture, so the model keeps its colours.
Will the models run on mobile and the web?
They are low poly by design. Every product page shows the exact triangle count, so you can plan your budget before you buy.
Do the models fit together?
Yes. They share one clean style and colour palette, so pieces from different collections sit happily in the same scene.
Can I use them in a game I sell?
Yes. Every purchase includes commercial use in as many projects as you like, with no credit needed.
How do I download after paying?
The download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. If you create an account, every model stays under Downloads.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once per model and keep it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment options available are shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars, and the total you see before you place the order is the total you pay.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest and use the links in your confirmation email. An account keeps every purchase in one place so you can download again whenever you like.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Email us your order number with your company name, address and tax number, and we will send you an invoice.
Can I get a refund?
If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, or you bought something twice by mistake, we will put it right. The refund policy has the details.
How do I contact you?
